hrough a public RFP process, FH Aviation LLC and FH Hangar LLC, both affiliates of Hemmeter Companies, were awarded the exclusive rights to develop 15 acres on the south side of Jeffco Airport. The airport is located between Boulder and Denver in the middle of a dynamic and growing technology corridor. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2003 or early 2004 after an overlot grading project and a rezoning process are completed. The total development budget of the project is approximately $9,000,000.
