Articles of Association and provide the necessary forms for
registration with the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public
Disclosure Board. We will keep the PAC chair and treasurer
apprised of new developments in the law and the reporting
and legal requirements of operation. We will also participate
and advise in the selection of legislators to receive PAC
funds and help arrange for presentation of contributions.
We attend fundraisers for elected officials for our clients
and are major contributors to legislators, constitutional
officers and political caucuses.
