Campo and Associates will:
- Monitor House and Senate bill introductions and committee
schedules on a daily basis.
- Work with you, your board and staff, and serve as the
liaison to the legislature, governor, state agencies and
strategic allies to achieve your goals and objectives.
- Communicate and represent your position on issues to members
of the legislature and legislative staff.
- Research and provide information as requested on issues
identified by you and advise you on developments which in
our judgment we believe to be of interest and importance.
- Identify issues on which you may need to formulate a position.
- Inform you of relevant legislative activities.
- Maintain liaison through you and or your staff with the
Governor and the Governor’s office regarding Association
issues.
- Provide interpretations and opinions regarding legislation
when requested.
- Draft and review legislation.
- Work with you in developing strategies and tactics to
accomplish your legislative goals.
- Coordinate, collaborate, and participate with all other
groups and lobbyists to work as a more effective consortium
for you.
- Can prepare periodic reports during session and in the
interim.
