Maryann Campo has been lobbying the Minnesota Legislature
for fourteen years. She has worked for clients such
as the Minneapolis Park Board, Minnesota North Stars,
City of Minneapolis, Metropolitan Council, Lorillard
Tobacco, the Minnesota Chiropractor Association, Northwestern
Chiropractor College, E.F. Johnson, and the Fond Du
Lac Community College, the Minnesota Tavern League,
and the Bowling Proprietors amongst others.
Maryann has a reputation as a tireless worker for her
clients' positions. She has developed excellent relationships
with key legislative leaders and is very well thought
of by House and Senate Republicans and Democrats.
Maryann initially began her career by working with
large law firms but has worked independently for the
past several years. She is a very strong advocate for
her clients and one of the most effective lobbyists
at the State Capital.
Both the Minneapolis Star Tribune and the St.
Paul Legal Ledger have called her one of Minnesota's
"Top Lobbyists".
Maryann knows the legislative process and the key players
that make it work. She is an excellent strategist. Although
she is known as a Republican, she has developed very
good relations with key Democrats in the Senate and
House as well as Governor Pawlenty's office.
